How the Sweet Show stage became the busiest spot at the expo.
Over five days, twenty chefs competed in daily rounds under five head chefs — each day with a different theme, from the art of tarts to the art of dessert.
More than 200 visitors a day followed the contest, and the five winners received their prizes from Alsaif Gallery. On the same stage, 'Pitch your product' hosted four new brands presenting their innovations to 150+ people.
